Mr Croki's advice about using the carrom gliss powder

Sprinkle the gliss powder over the boards' surface before a game to fasten the gameplay and to add an extra protective layer on top of your Crokinole board. For keeping your board as new it is adviced to wax your board every 3 weeks with our Crokinole wax + sprinkling the powder on top of the boards surface to give it the best protection and to keep your board as new!

Place the board on a flat table. Players shoot discs by flicking their fingers to score points. trying to shoot in the circles worth 5, 10 and 15 points. Even better if you land in the center 20-point hole. Play multiple rounds, try to shoot your opponent off the field, and the player who reaches 100 points wins!

FIRST RETURN COST IS FOR ME, THE SECOND RETURN AND ALL SHIPMENT COSTS ARE FOR YOU.

Are there return costs?

Mr. Croki will pay for the first return on orders over €150.00 when the customer shows proof within 14 days AND with pictures that the order received is damaged or that something is wrong with the product that is not the customer's fault. 

But if the return reason is that you made the wrong choice or changed your mind or any other reason that is not because of a faulty product, the customer (you) pays the return costs.

This also goes for if you want to return your product twice, the second return and all other shipment costs are for the customer to pay.

We only accept a return if you send us photo's of the damaged/undamaged board or the unopened package.

Please note that if there is no damage and the return reason simply is that you do not like it, made the wrong choice or changed your mind, the package needs to be sent to the following address:

If your return request is accepted, Mr. Croki will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Yes, the first return label is free after you have shown me proof of damage during delivery or within 14 days. But every other reason or no proof will lead to you paying the return cost yourself.

The second return for any reason or every other shipment cost is for the customer to pay.

Mr. Croki will pay for the first return on orders over €150.00 when the customer shows proof within 14 days AND with pictures that the order received is damaged or that something is wrong with the product that is not the customer's fault.

Keep in mind that we only offer to send a new board when the customer shows proof (pictures) that it is not playable anymore / damaged on arrival; otherwise, you'll get a refund and no new board.

Because of the large packaging and weight of the product, plus how many orders there are, we process an order within 1 to 3 business days.

Because of Brexit there will be additional costs for importing goods over €150.00 ➡ it is your responsibility to pay these costs.
