We ship all orders via trusted carriers like DPD. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, with delivery typically in 2–4 business days. Crokinole packs arrive in a large, protective 85.5 × 85.5 × 11.5 cm box (~6.5 kg) with tracking.

Smaller items will be sent with PostNL in smaller packages.

If your item arrives damaged, email info@croki.store within 14 days and include photos—we’ll cover return shipping for the first return and offer a full refund or discount. For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return costs are your responsibility. All second returns are also at your expense. Items must be unused and sent to:

Due to hygiene and product integrity, powders, waxes, and small parts like discs are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival. If that happens, contact info@croki.store within 14 days with photos and we’ll refund or replace it. Other returns must be unused and are at your cost unless proven defective.

Are there return costs?

Mr. Croki will pay for the first return on orders over €150.00 when the customer shows proof within 14 days AND with pictures that the order received is damaged or that something is wrong with the product that is not the customer's fault.

But if the return reason is that you made the wrong choice or changed your mind or any other reason that is not because of a faulty product, the customer (you) pays the return costs.

This also goes for if you want to return your product twice, the second return and all other shipment costs are for the customer to pay.

We only accept a return if you send us photo's of the damaged/undamaged board or the unopened package.

Yes, the first return label is free after you have shown me proof of damage during delivery or within 14 days. But every other reason or no proof will lead to you paying the return cost yourself.

The second return for any reason or every other shipment cost is for the customer to pay.

Keep in mind that we only offer to send a new board when the customer shows proof (pictures) that it is not playable anymore / damaged on arrival; otherwise, you'll get a refund and no new board.

Because of the large packaging and weight of the product, plus how many orders there are, we process an order within 1 to 3 business days.

Because of Brexit there will be additional costs for importing goods over €150.00 ➡ it is your responsibility to pay these costs.
