How will my order be shipped to me?

All our items are shipped via trustworthy international and national carriers, all orders are shipped with tracking number and Crokinole packs arrive in a large 6.5kg box of 85.5x85.5x11.5cm.

Most of the orders are shipped with DPD.

How long does it take to ship my order when ordered?

Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 days. After processing it can take up to 1 to 3 days to be shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, it can take up to 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive depending on your country.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to contact Mr. Croki in the chat or send an email to info@croki.store within 14 days of receiving your item, and he will be happy to help you return your order for a refund.

Keep in mind that we only offer to send a new board when the customer shows proof (pictures) that it is not playable anymore / damaged on arrival; otherwise, you'll get a refund and no new board.

Are there return costs?

Mr. Croki will pay for the first return when the customer shows proof with pictures that the order received is damaged or that something is wrong with the product that is not the customer's fault. 

But if the return reason is that you made the wrong choice or changed your mind or any other reason not because of a faulty product, the customer pays the return costs.
