Because of Brexit there will be additional costs for importing goods over €150.00 ➡ it is your responsibility to pay these costs.
Are there return costs?
Mr. Croki will pay for the first return on orders over €150.00 when the customer shows proof within 14 days AND with pictures that the order received is damaged or that something is wrong with the product that is not the customer's fault.
But if the return reason is that you made the wrong choice or changed your mind or any other reason that is not because of a faulty product, the customer (you) pays the return costs.
We only accept a return if you send us photo's of the damaged/undamaged board or the unopened package.

Keep in mind that we only offer to send a new board when the customer shows proof (pictures) that it is not playable anymore / damaged on arrival; otherwise, you'll get a refund and no new board.
Because of the large packaging and weight of the product, plus how many orders there are, we process an order within 1 to 3 business days.
